Tiara Sands is a building known for it's great community, accessible location, and stunning ocean views! This condo is on the 3rd floor, and feels like home from the moment you walk in the door.
The kitchen is beautifully updated with stainless steel appliances, water purification system, custom backspash and warm chocolate colored cabinets. The condo is open and very well decorated.
The TV in the living room is Smart, so you can stream your own programming as you please.
The master bedroom has a kingsize bed, large closets, and access to the covered patio. The second bedroom also has large closets, and a queensize bed. The bathroom in the condo is large, and has a beautiful tiled shower with glass doors, making the space feel even larger. Full-size washer and dryer are also located in the cleaning closet adjacent to the kitchen.
Services included are: internet, satellite, water, *electricity, and check-in cleaning prior to your arrival.
*Electricity is covered up to $700 pesos per stay/month. Additional useage will be charged separately.
