Portofino is a beautiful development in Marina Mazatlan. Located right on the beautiful boardwalk, you can watch the boats or the wildlife, enjoy beautiful sunsets, and easily head down to one of the great restaurants below!
This condo is located on the 5th floor of the building, and faces directly out to the Marina, offering stunning views of the pool, gardens, and boats below.
The master bedroom has a king-size bed, walk-through closet and ensuite with shower, as well as direct access to the covered terrace. The second and third bedrooms also have king-size beds, and share the second bathroom with shower.
The living areas are open and well furnished. The kitchen is fully equipped with a large french-door refrigerator, gas stove and oven, and small appliances. Laundry is also located within the condo.
One parking spot is also included, and there is plenty of parking available for visitors as well.
Cleanings throughout your stay can be provided if scheduled ahead of time, for a fee of $350 pesos.
The rental rate includes the internet, water, gas and maintenance fee, as well as electricity up to $700 pesos per month.
