This newly renovated home is the perfect place to spend your winters or vacations in Mazatlan! The house is compact, but has sleeping for up to 6 people.
There is lots of natural light in all of the bedrooms, and the house is literally steps from the pool. Enjoy your morning coffee out on the covered patio, and visit with the friends you meet in the neighborhood.
The kitchen is equipped with coffee maker, blender and toaster, as well as a gas range and full-sized fridge. Dinnerware, cookware, cutlery and cooking utensils are all provided, as are beach and bath towels, and bedding.
The master bedroom has a queen size bed, closet and ensuite with shower, as well as a large patio which sits over the covered garage. The second room has a double bed with closet, and the third room has a double bed with closet and patio which overlooks the pool.
Beach access is a short 10 minute walk from the house, and buses and cabs frequently pass by the main road, roughly 5-minutes from the house.
Electricity is included up to $700 pesos. Internet, water, gas, and basic cable are included in the rental fee.
