Pino is located in the quiet and gated condominium complex of Villas Marina Gardens, in the Northern part of Mazatlan. This is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit on the fourth floor, with a pool view and private terrace. Pino is fully furnished, including small kitchen appliances (coffee maker, blender, toaster, can opener), and is ready to welcome you for your winter getaway.

 

Pino has a master bedroom with king-size bed, large closet and en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds as well as a large closet. The kitchen is equipped with a full-sized fridge, oven, and microwave, as well as a 4-burner electric grill. The flat screen TV is equipped with basic SKY satellite service, and there are air-conditioning units and fans throughout the condo. A washer, dryer, iron and ironing board are also available within the condominium. Just passed the living room are sliding glass doors which lead to your private terrace, where you can comfortably sit and enjoy your morning coffee or share a meal with friends.

 

From your terrace, you have a great view of the heated pool. Just beside the pool is also a shared BBQ, vending machine, and tables and chairs, perfect for small gatherings or grilling-up your catch of the day!

 

The grounds at Villas Marina Gardens are lush with plant life, and the Villas are a calm and quiet place to be. A short 5-minute walk will get you to the public beach access and the beautiful Pacific Ocean.

 

City busses run up and down the main road, and will take you straight into town, and cabs are also readily available to take you wherever you would like to go, at an average price of about $10 USD.
