Pacifika is a beautiful new development in Marina Mazatlan, overlooking the canal. A beautiful naturally designed pool sits in the middle of 3 buildings, and is surrounded by beautiful landscaping.
This condo is bright and well furnished. The living room has access to the patio, which overlooks the pool area and Marina canal. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with electric range, toaster oven, fridge and microwave. A full-size washer and dryer can also be found in the service room adjacent the kitchen.
There are 2 full bedrooms and additional open area that has been furnished with 2 twin beds. The master bedroom is very large, and has a king-size bed, walk-through closet and ensuite with shower. From here, you can access the large cvered patio and relax on one of the lounge chairs. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and very large closet.
One secure parking spot is also available.
