Olas Altas is one of the most vibrant and exciting areas in Mazatlán! Lined with locally owned restaurants, coffee shops and small stores, this is a great neighborhood for getting out and socializing. The condo is also within walkable distance to markets, banks, and the like.
Just across the street from the condo is the famous Malecon, a beautiful boardwalk which runs roughly 14kms along the beach. This is a fantastic place to run, walk, bike, skate, etc. Another plus is the accessibility factor. There are ramps, wide doorways and seamless access to showers, etc.
The Olas Altas condo is pet-friendly and very spacious, and there are only 6 condos in the building. The kitchen, living and dining areas open onto a large covered terrace, overlooking the bay and the ocean.
The kitchen is large, and fully equipped with fridge, stove, oven, microwave and small appliances, and also has filtered water. The large peninsula includes a breakfast bar with tall stool seating, and there is a large dining table with seating for 8 people.
The master bedroom is also very large, and has a walk-in closet and ensuite with shower and double vanity. The second bedroom faces the pool and inner courtyard of the building, and also has a complete ensuite with shower. The 3rd bedroom is currently set-up as a gym, but can be modified to your liking (office or bedroom).
The rental of the condo also includes a parking space and monthly HOA fees.
Services such as water, electricity and internet are not included in the rent.
