Las Manyanas is a newly constructed roof-top suite. The indoor living spaces are open and inviting, with high-end finishes throughout.
The private patio is huge and includes dining table for 6 people, BBQ, and plenty of additional seating. This is what living in Mexico is all about!
The kitchen is large and well-lit, with lots of cupboard space, and includes a large eat-in island with electric cooktop and oven/storage below. Countertops are all made from high quality white quartz.
The living room offers views of the Cathedral, just down the hill, and includes comfortable furniture, 50" Smart TV and fun Mexican décor.
The master bedroom has a king-size bed and the second bedroom a queen-size bed. A workspace will be provided in the second bedroom.
The laundry room includes full-size stacking washer and dryer, storage, iron and ironing board, and a space for cleaning supplies.
A/C and ceiling fans are available throughout the property.
The property is fully furnished and equipped with towels and bed linens, beach towels, beach chairs and blankets, kitchen appliances and dinnerware.
Services included are: internet, water, electricity*, and check-in cleaning.
