La Perla is a brand new building comprised of only 13 condos, located in the beautiful Historic Centre of Mazatlán. The location here is absolutely fabulous! There are restaurants, pharmacies and convenience stores just across the street, as well as one of the best vendors of fresh-squeezed orange juice!!
If you love Mexico and want to live in a central location, this is it. Walking just 5-minutes will get you to the Plaza Machado, the heart of the Historic Centre, surrounded by shops and restaurants. A 10-minute walk will get you to the beach and bay area of Olas Altas, also with it's own fantastic restaurants.
Mazatlan's El Faro, Observatorio and cruise ship port are all close by, and worth checking-out as well.
The condo itself is cheerful and bright, with large windows in each room to let the sunlight in! Everything in the condo is new, and it is very well equipped. There is filtered drinking water in the kitchen, internet, cable, ceiling fans and air conditioning.
The master bedroom has a kingsize bed, large closet and an ensuite with a shower. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and large closet. There is also a second bathroom with a shower.
The living room, dining area and kitchen all share the same open space. You can access your private terrace from the living room, which also has a set of chairs and a table...making it a great place to enjoy your morning coffee, and watch the hustle and bustle below.
