This condo is located in Pelicanos, a development located on Isla Mazatlan in the area of Marina Mazatlan. This is one of the fastest developing areas of the city, with many new shops and restaurants popping-up all the time. A quick 5-minute walk will get you to the marina and boardwalk, with another 5-minutes getting you to the main street and public transportation.

 

The condo itself has 2 very large bedrooms and 2 private ensuites. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and double vanity, and the second bedroom has 2 double beds and a single vanity. Both bedroom have very large closets with sliding door as well as access to the large covered terrace.

 

The kitchen is open to the living and dining room and is outfitted with very new, modern appliances, including a dishwasher. The dining table seats 6, and the living room has very confortable quality leaher sofas as well as a large flat-screen TV.

 

Internet is provided, as well as bedding, towels, plates and bowls, etc. There are also a full-size washer and dryer in the condo. Included in your stay is $700 pesos of electricity, check-in and check-out cleanings, and use of the common areas, including pool and seating areas.
