Hacienda El Dorado is a one-of-a-kind 5,000 sq ft home with a 3,000 sq ft private garden near Mazatlan's famous touristic area, the Golden Zone. This home is located just 4-blocks from the beach access point, as well as popular coffee shops, restaurants and boutique stores.
Recently rennovated, this home is a beautiful mix of colonial architecture and contemporary design. Neutral tones throughout the home are contrasted by the vibrant colors of natural greenery and blue skies shining through the large windows that overlook the private garden and covered terrace.
The large open kitchen with custom cabinetry is stocked with glass and plastic dishware to be used indoors or outdoors. The island is very large and the perfect place to have breakfast, sit and visit, or prepare a special meal. All appliances are brand new and top-of-the line. No detail was spared throughout the home.
Adjacent to the kitchen is the large dining room, with a custom table seating 8 people. Stepping down from here you enter the spacious living room, where the large sectional sofa invites you to relax and watch a movie or socialize with friends. And, just in case you need to refresh your drink, there is a wet-bar and wine fridge just a couple of steps away.
Three of the bedrooms are located on the other side of the house, with their own bathroom, closet and king-size bed. The master bedroom and second bedroom have covered terraces with lounge chairs facing the backyard.
The fourth bedroom, bathroom and closet are located in the private casita, which is also connected to the main house via the covered terrace. The washer and dryer, laundry lines to dry items in the fresh air and an additional bathroom and shower are located behind the casita and next to the garage.
Secure parking is also provided at Hacienda El Dorado for 2 smaller vehicles.
Services, cleaning and landscaping are charged separately from the long-term rent. Megacable is already connected for internet, cable and phone service.
