Escondido Tower is located along the quiet stretch of beach known as Cerritos beach. It is a 10 minute bus ride into the Golden Zone, or 5 minutes by car or cab. This beautiful condo is located on the 10th floor of the building, and has amazing views of the beach, islands, and Pacific Ocean.

 

The master bedroom has a large, kingsize bed, walk-in closet, and shower ensuite with double sinks. You can also step out onto the ocean-front terrace to enjoy our fabulous sunsets before heading in to bed.

 

The second bedroom has 2 twin beds, a large closet, and sitting area. The second bathroom is shared, and has doors to access it from the second bedroom or the common living areas.

 

The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with full-sized refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, stove and oven. Small appliances include toaster, blender and coffee maker. There are large granite countertops as well as a breakfast bar with seating for 4. The dining table seats 5 people comfortably.

 

The living room is open, and fresh, and has 1 sofa bed with sleeping for 2 additional guests. The large glass doors facing the terrace slide all the way open to let in the amazing sea breeze. For mid-term stays (3 - 6 months), basic SKY satellite TV is provided, as well as wireless internet, tap water, $700 pesos of electricity per month, parking, and use of the common areas.
