Casa Villa Marina is located in a quiet and secure community at the northern end of Mazatlan. Its brightly painted walls and antique Mexican furniture offer charm and character for visiting guests.

The home is very well equipped with beach towels, bath towels, linens, cookware, dishes, bbq, washer (no dryer), blender, toaster, coffe maker, etc.

 

At Casa Villa Marina, you can relax in your private back patio, or head over to the shared pool and play area. There is even a gym available for use.

Bedroom one on the ground floor has 2 twin beds. The second bedroom has a double bed, and the third room has 2 twin beds. One bathroom is located on the first level, and the second bathroom is up on the second level. There is also an uncovered parking spot right in front of the house, and street parking for any additional vehicles.

Beach access is a short 10 minute walk from the house, and buses and cabs frequently pass by the main road, roughly 5-minutes from the house.

 

Electricity is included up to $700 pesos. Internet, water and gas are included in the rental fee, as well as basic telephone service for local (fixed number) phone calls. Should you use the phone for long distance calls, or call to cell phones, the extra charge will be charged to you.
