Condo La Langosta is in a new building in the coveted neighborhood of Sabalo Country. With only 8 units, the condo complex is small and quiet. Just 5 blocks from the nearest beach access, you can enjoy the sun and sea any day of the year!
La Langosta rents UNFURNISHED, but includes a refrigerator, stove and range. There are also mini-split air conditioners and ceiling fans in each room.
The rooms are spacious, and all have great natural light. Both bedrooms have built-in closets and access to the rear balcony. The balcony doors, if left open, will also allow for a fabulous cross-breeze to flow through the condo!
The master bedroom has a private ensuite with shower, and space for a king-size bed and side tables. The second bedroom has space for 2 twin beds or 1 queen bed, and has quick access to the 2nd (guest) bathroom.
There is one secure parking spot included with the rental.
