Casa Gaviotas is a great home with an amazing location in Mazatlán. Close to restaurants, shops, public transportation, and the beach, this house is great as a long-term rental, or as a vacation home.
The kitchen is equipped with new appliances, and the furnishings are fresh and contemporary. The floor plan on the lower level is open and spacious, with parking for 2 vehicles and a back patio included.
The 3 bedrooms are all located on the second level. There is a kingsize bed in the master, a queen in the second room, and one bedroom with 3 matrimonial beds. The master bedroom has a large master ensuite with shower, and the other 2 bedroom share a full bathroom, also on the second level. A half-bath is located on the main floor.
There are 4 Smart TV's throughout the house, as well as a washer and dryer.
Towels and linens are provided, and cleanings throughout your stay can be provided if scheduled ahead of time, for a fee of $350 pesos.
