
PAYMENTS AND BOOKING TERMS
Our goal is to provide a fast, easy, and transparent booking process.
Payment options will depend on the property in question, and we will always specify the methods of payment available in our quote.

* The Payment Method will differ for each property. Accepted methods of payment will be specified in the full quote.
** Transaction fees are added to the quote, and differ between payment methods.
FIRST PAYMENT
20% of the total rental rate must be paid at the time of booking.
Once this payment is complete, your booking will be confirmed, and your dates will be held for your vacation.
SECOND PAYMENT
The final 80% payment for the booking will be accepted in one of 4 different ways, depending on the property in question:
- Credit card
- E-transfer
- Cash
- Bank transfer / Wire transfer
DAMAGE DEPOSIT
There is a $500 USD damage deposit charged for all bookings less than 6-months.
This payment is completed via credit card, one week prior to your arrival, and any applicable refunds are made back to the card that you paid with, after your check-out.
