Azul Pacifico is a new development in the North area of Mazatlan. Enjoy living in a safe residential neighborhood, with access to pool and kids play area.
The home is 2-levels, with the kitchen, living room and dining room on the lower level, and the 3 bedrooms all on the upper level.
The kitchen is modern, and equipped with a french-door refrigerator, gas stove, oven and small appliances. The dining table seats 8-people, and the living room is equipped with brand new sofas, tables and a flat-screen TV.
The master bedroom on the second level has a king-size bed, and a large walk-in closet and ensuite. The second and third bedrooms have 2 twin beds each, and large built-in closets.
There are air conditioners throughout the house, and parking for 2 vehicles right in-front of the house.
HOA fees are included in the rent. Charged separate from the rent are electricity, water, gas and internet.
